How it works
Plan it first. Then build it.
Before day one
Online pre-work, at your own pace.
What you can automate, which technologies you will use, and the do's and don'ts. Your accounts are set up and working before you arrive, so the two days are for building, not theory.
Day one
Write the PRD. Start building.
You team up around a real use case from your own work. First you write down what the tool must do, then you build it with Claude Code or Codex, with two trainers at the tables.
Day two
Fix it. Finish it. Run it.
The morning opens with a bug-hunt in a build that is broken on purpose. Then back to your own tool until it runs. The day ends with the certificate.
What is a PRD?
A product requirements document. One page that says what your tool does, for whom, and what it must never do. You write it before anything gets built, so Claude Code or Codex builds what you meant instead of what it guessed.
