What if I am not technical at all?

What do I need?
Claude Cowork, which runs on a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) in the desktop app. we show you how to set it up in the first module. that is the only requirement.
How long does it take?
About 4 hours, at your own pace. you have 60 days to work through the modules.
Is this just prompts?
No. prompts are the chat level. this is about letting an AI agent do the work on your real files.
Can I do the candidate use cases safely?
Yes. we teach screening and the other loaded use cases with the human-in-the-loop and compliance guardrails the EU AI Act and GDPR require.
