What is The AI Recruiter?
A one-day, in-person training in Amsterdam for recruiters and sourcers who already use AI as a chat. You hand one recurring task from your own week to an AI agent in Claude or ChatGPT, and leave with it scheduled, tested and running in your own account. Tuesday 10 November 2026, maximum 25 seats, 797 EUR excl. VAT, delivered in Dutch.
The problem
You use AI every day. Your week still looks the same.
You ask ChatGPT or Claude to rewrite a vacancy, summarise a CV, draft a message. It helps. Then you copy, paste, check and do the rest yourself, and on Monday you start again.
That is chatting. This day is about delegating: handing a real, recurring piece of your work to an AI agent that opens your files, works in your tools and keeps doing it on a schedule, while you check the result instead of doing the work.

The day
One day. Your own task.
Doors open. Coffee and an access check, so your account is open and working before we start.
Introduction. Who we are, who is at your table, and which task you want to hand over. Short, because the rest of the day is doing.
Live. We delegate one messy, real recruitment task from start to finished result in front of you. Then you choose yours.
From chatting to delegating. Break your task into steps a machine can follow. Write the brief. First run in your own account.
Your files and systems. Connect what the task needs, and nothing more. Run it again, now on real input.
Make it repeatable. Turn the brief into instructions your agent keeps. Your table reviews it and finds the gap before a candidate does.
Without you. Schedule it. Test it. Build in the guardrails: a human decides about people, the machine prepares.
The Monday test. Per table, what runs on Monday without you. Certificate, and done.
