- Why fix the setup before adding more AI tools?
- Because AI does not fix old data. It scales the damage. Most teams add tools on top of broken workflows and get more noise, not more results. Fix the foundation first and the tools you already pay for finally deliver.
- How is Klikwork different from an AI training vendor?
- We diagnose before we teach. Training vendors sell a curriculum; we start by finding out whether training is even the problem. Sessions are built around your own workflow rather than a generic course, and if the setup is what is broken, we say so instead of selling you a course that cannot fix it. That is a default, not a rule: teams and individual recruiters who already know what they need can book training directly.
- What does it cost to start?
- 497 EUR for the Setup Scan. That is the entry point. A Setup Roadmap, training or ongoing support follows only if it makes sense for your team, and full pricing for each sits on the services and training pages. You start small, not with a big commitment.
- What happens after the Setup Scan?
- The Setup Roadmap turns the picture into a plan, starting at 2488 EUR. It maps how work actually flows, finds the manual friction, checks your data quality and sets out what to fix first and what to stop doing. You leave with a 90-day action plan and an 18-month direction. Training or support follows only where it helps.
- Is Klikwork for my whole team or for individual recruiters?
- Both, through different programmes. Teams get in-person training built around their own tools and workflow: the Hack your recruitment week over two days in your own office, a shorter Custom AI Training over one to three days, or a two-hour workshop. Individual recruiters follow the AI Recruitment Engineer track in Amsterdam, with AI Recruitment Engineer Elite for those who want personal guidance. - Do we have to switch to specific AI tools?
- No. We work with the stack you already have. The first job is usually removing tools that do not earn their place, not adding new ones. Fewer tools, used well, beat a bigger stack nobody trusts.
- What is the AI Recruitment Engineer track?
- It is the training path for recruiters who want to build their own AI workflows rather than prompt their way through the week. It starts with The AI Recruiter, one day in Amsterdam where you hand your first recurring task to an AI agent. From there, the AI Recruitment Engineer Bootcamp brings automation and engineering together in one in-person programme: you automate real recruitment work and build your own tools. - How long does it take to learn AI as a recruiter?
- Two days to build your first working automation, and roughly three months of using it before your week actually looks different. The building is the fast part. What takes time is noticing which recurring task should go next, and that only starts once the first system is running.
- Does this help with EU AI Act and GDPR compliance?
- Yes, by design rather than as an add-on. Recruitment and candidate selection are high-risk uses under the EU AI Act, so the workflows we build keep a human making every decision about a person and leave a trace of who decided. Compliance designed in is cheaper than compliance bolted on.
