What is AI training for recruitment teams?
AI training for recruitment teams is hands-on training built on the team's own workflow rather than on generic AI examples. At Klikwork it runs as two-day in-person bootcamps in Amsterdam for individual recruiters, or as in-company sessions for a whole team, capped at twelve people so everyone leaves with a working automation. It comes after setup, not before.

Before you choose
The three questions everyone asks.
How much does AI training for recruiters cost?
Between 297 EUR and 5000 EUR per person, depending on format. Self-paced Starter is 297 EUR. A two-day in-person bootcamp in Amsterdam is 1747 EUR. The eight-week Elite track with personal guidance is 5000 EUR. Team programmes are quoted per team because the content is built on your workflow. Every price on this site is the price you pay.
Which AI training should I pick?
Pick by what you want to walk away with, not by level. If you want one automation running in your own week, take Bootcamp I. If you already have one and want to connect several tools into a system, take Bootcamp II. If you want to test the idea for an evening first, take Starter. If your whole team needs to change how it works, none of the open programmes will do it and you want an in-company track.
How long does it take to learn AI as a recruiter?
Two days to build your first working automation, and roughly three months of using it before it changes how your week looks. The building is the fast part. What takes time is noticing which recurring task should go next, and that only happens once the first system is running. Anyone promising fluency in an afternoon is selling an afternoon.
